To get the best benefit and wear resistance from liquid waxes, liquid base wax should be applied regularly on the base surfaces of new and stone-sanded skis, and occasionally during the season.  

No heat treatment is required while applying the liquid base wax and it can be used under weather-appropriate liquid glide waxes and solid waxes. 

Liquid base wax contains high-quality fluorocarbon-free polyethylene waxes that form a hard, dirt and water-repellent film on the surface of the ski base.
